New Releases: I Can’t Trust You 3: Friend, Lovers & Lies by Christina Fletcher
What goes around comes around, and sometimes it comes around way worse…
Melanie Ramsey-Tatum once thought she had it all together, but the events of her life proved to her otherwise. Mel is torn between her ex-fiancé Quincy and her husband, Morris, not really sure who she wants to be with. Once she finds out whether Q or Mo is the father of her daughter, Mahogany, more drama in her life causes her to almost lose her mind.
Morris Tatum was close to going to prison, but escaped it by an inch. However, another situation sets him back anyway, causing him some delays in getting his life back on track. All his past infidelity and involvement with the drug trade is catching up with him. Mo has to come to terms with his reality and begin taking responsibility for his actions.
Lauren Pierce, on the other hand, is not so lucky. She has to face the consequences of her actions after she is caught smuggling drugs into another prison. Lauren is more focused on her revenge against Diamond versus accepting responsibility for her actions. Unfortunately, her quest for revenge causes additional drama for her and she is forced to make a life or death decision.
In this finale Quincy Sykes is faced with trouble of his own. He has changed from the hardcore street thug to a man who wants to focus on getting his life in order. Tragedy strikes and it begins to affect him in the worse way. He has to decide if he is going to let the old Q rise, or handle things in a more subtle manner.
