Pulled Back In
King built the biggest drug empire Memphis has ever seen. For twenty years, he ran the streets and earned the right to be called King.
After stepping out of the game, he was called to become a preacher, turning over a new leaf to protect his family, specifically his daughter, Freedom, whose birth emancipated him from the streets.
But even ten years of serving the lord faithfully won’t keep his past buried and from interfering with the life he’s safely been living. There’s a thin line between the past and the present for King, especially when his name still rings bells all over Memphis.
With friends and foes and enemies as allies, King has two choices: step back in the game to keep his old life not only separate but dead, or come back as the real King of Memphis to protect everything he holds near to his cold-blooded heart.
