Q: I am trying to log into my account, but the system isn’t recognizing my password.
A: If you are unable to log into your account, you may try resetting your password or registering for a new account. All accounts created prior to September 19th, have been deleted.
Q: I requested membership by registration form, but haven’t received any information regarding my account. Please help!
A: We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Visitors who apply for membership via form must allow 48 hours to receive an email confirmation regarding your active account. If it has been past 48 hours, please contact us!
Q: If I registered by form, but now want to log in with a Social Media account, is that possible?
A: Yes and no. For any members that has a Facebook or Google account, you will be able to log into your MzJetson.Com account as long as your email address matches. If you have a different email address than what is listed on your MzJetson.Com account, a new account will automatically be created.
A new account will be created for Registered Members that would like to login afterward with a Twitter account. Twitter creates its own email from your Twitter account which registers with ours, unfortunately. We would recommend logging in the initial way that you registered.
